Not for every cat

Two of my cats love it and use it exclusively, while one doesn't and continues to rip up the carpet.

My cats LOVE this post. I had purchased a cheaper one that would fall over and scare them. I know this one will never tip and it is beautiful to boot! They use it all the time. Will purchase a replacement when needed. Looks like it will last a LONG time!

This is the nicest looking scratching post I have ever seen. My cats love it too! The sisal fabric does not shred like sisal rope does. I definitely recommend this scratching post and will no doubt be ordering another one.

My cats used this every day for 5 years and loved it (and it saved my furniture). It took years of continual use but now the sisal fabric finally gave out and has started showing the post underneath. They can still use it, but now that it's started to unravel, it's time to order a replacement post. I'm glad Purrfect Post lets me order just the post section instead of having to buy the whole thing again. Thank you!
