These will be great and I can tell they're built to last. The only thing that bothered me was the taller post wasn't as stable as I would have liked. (It wobbled just a little bit). We had to add a few extra washers so it was tighter and wouldn't wobble. Other than that it's perfect!

The BEST Scratchers EVER

These products are the absolute BEST. Ive been a cat owner all my life as are my other family members. Ive tried many different posts, which some would barely catch my cats attention. I came across these posts a few years ago and decided to give one a try. My cats IMMEDIATELY took to it and needless to say their other posts were donated. My cats just LOVE LOVE LOVE them. Even as I was assembling it they just took to it before I could even get it together. I have 3 different models and they are all built SOLID, and they last for years! My big 16 lb cat fits in perfectly so this is sturdy for cats of all sizes! When my mother got a new kitten, and soon after got a new couch, the cat started to scratch the couch. She is on a fixed income and bought a cheap pet store scratcher, which the kitten didnt use. I bought a Purrfect Post for her as a gift (she insisted NOT to "waste my money", cus her kitten doesnt use the other scratcher she got him). I told her, "if he doesnt use it, Ill keep it for my cats but I promise he will!". Again, as Im assembling it, kitten was all over it! As soon as it was done, he was scratching away and then laid down in it and passed out. Its his new favorite spot and this has saved her couch! I HIGHLY recommend these products! They are every bit worth the money they cost since you will never buy another scratcher again and it will save your furniture! Replacement parts are available which is great so you can buy JUST the post or base if you need it. Trust me you WONT be disappointed!

The Command Center matches our other furniture nicely. Our cats love them and it quickly became their favorite hangout spot.
